He was assigned in the Tarlac-Pampanga area, Cebu, Zara, Iloilo and Zamboanga. He had four sons: Manuel, Ricardo, Arturo and the fourth was not named. Manuel and Ricardo came to Negros and settled there (Ricardo settled in Toboso, Escalante and Calatrave area)while the younger two brothers stayed in Iloilo. Manuel, setteled in the area around Silay and Saravia (E.B. Magalona). Manuel married a Frenchwoman, Felicia Gaston. I am the 5th generation of that union....Marcos Suarez married a Gamboa....Ricardo Gamboa Suarez married a Gamboa and Carolina Cuaycong....Victor Rolando Cuaycong Suarez married Maruja Andren Buyco....Ricardo Rolando Buyco Suarez married Carmela Jennifer Mabunay Libo-on - Suarez and Victoria Gelbolingo Lanticse-Suarez....my son who now lives in L.A., CA was named: Alfonso Ricardo Rolando Libo-on Suarez, III who married Cristina Hilado - Suarez. The members of the Executive Committee which I headed, would like to extend our deepest thanks and appreciation to all our fellow Janiuaynons for their untiring support and effort helping our Parish. Last Saturday we discussed your proposal on how we work together in raising funds for our proposed Parish Rectory and the members of the Executive Committee has agreed to that proposal and we will further present this to our General Assembly meeting with the Chairman of all Mini Parishes and religious organizations. With this arrangement We believe that this will encourage our fellow Janiuaynons to donate more during our second collectas having an average of P 6,000 to 7,000/sunday at this time.Update on our Proposed Parish Rectory Project: 1. Site clearing has already been done; 2. The final Drawing/Detailed Engineering Plans and Cost Estimates will be available on July 20, 2011 3. Fr. Philip Zingco is coordinate the Archdiocese for their response to our communications; 4. Groud Breaking will be scheduled as we receive the Plans & Cost Estimates and we will request the Archbishop to grace the occasion; 5. As of to-date net cash is P 1.034M and US$ 1,410.
